Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time

Perfect delivery and even went above and beyond with some requests and delivery time. Couldn't recommend any better if you have something you want to move and care about it. He treats your load like it was his own.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have not heard from the shipper at all. His voicemail is now full and he's not returned my messages. I did get a lady to answer the phone and she promised that she or he would return the call before the end of the day. It's two days later and no communication. I'd like to go with the other shippers that responded.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I had been in contact with the shipper but then he stopped returning calls. He did respond after I contacted uShip about it and told me he had had a family emergency. He didn't tell me when he would be able to ship or anything. I have tried to contact him but it seems less than likely I'd feel comfortable at this point.

Awesome service! Not only professional but personal as well. I can't think of anything I could have asked more, plus the pickup was a difficult tricky situation which was handled with skill.
I was confident that my shipment would be handled with care, and I would highly recommend anybody who needs something done right. This is somebody who won't jerk you around with the price, you know you're getting a good deal here and not some no-body with a pick-up truck.
