I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment on sept 1 my trailer was hit on the right rear. on sept 2 i brought my trailer to a service center. on sept 3 they told me the frame was bent and the trailer should not be used. at this time i am unable to make shipments

I was willing to wait the extended time for the price; things unexpectedly happen. I had to call the shipper and leave a message on 9/2/09 before he called me back to tell me he could not pickup...... no grudge. I just would not accept any long delay in a pickup from now on from anyone.

This shipper is wonderful! They made every effort to get the shipment picked up right away and delivered to a difficult address. Both contacts were very pleasant and professional! I would recommend this service highly.
