I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment the customer (s) I spoke to both a man and a woman regarding the items to be picked up and transported. I was told it was boxed clothing and some misc boxed items. When our drivers arrived there this morning they were presented with two flights of stairs (not mentioned) and garbage bags of clothes, some brick-a-brack laying loose and were told they were to carry all that out and take it to the drop off in Georgia....
