Jorgia from Woodenrail accepted the job. She had intentions of sending our good via Fed Ex when we had made it clear in the listing that we needed LTL Service with blanket wrap service. So after chatting on Yahoo messenger (which was the only way she could communicate)I had to come right out and ask if she was intending to send via Fed Ex because she kept asking to have someone box the TVs up, which just wasn't possible. So I had to cancel.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Customer was not receiving part of shipment to be delivered until later date. We are unable to perform service at a later date than specified in our bid.

There were a couple of hiccups but overall I'd say this was a positive experience. Mario and Andy had good communication as to when they were picking up & delivering. But not so great communication keeping track of the # of TVs being transported. In the end, Mario was very honest about the situation and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone and use them again. Thanks guys!

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment After communicating directly with Jorgia Wood via Yahoo Chat, I came to realize that they were unable to accommodate what we need. They kept insisting that we box these TVs up. I kept insisting that we could not get anyone to do that. Long story short, they intended to send these items via Fed Ex. Which is not what we requested. We needed LTL truck service with blanket wrap service. Since Jorgia did not understand that that's what we need, I have no alternative but to CANCEL.
