This is the second time I have used Uship to move heavy equipment. Both times have been good. This time we were moving something in winter weather on a tight schedule and it worked out great. Friend's Express did a great job as a service provider. Uship certainly makes it easy to move things for folks that don't do it everyday.

I did not like not being able to talk with the hauler in person first. I would have preferred to pay uship for the contact a refundable starting fee and then gotten the contact and then paid the balance after a chance to speak with the hauler.

The driver was very nice and he has a great rig too, The shipment was delivered three days after the scheduled day but the driver was sick so I understand. Once you have booked a load Uship asks for a deposit. That "deposit" is actually uship's fee. None...NONE of that money actually goes to the shipper. Whatever money is left over after that "deposit" is what actually makes it to the service provider.
