I was surprised in a good way when they picked up my items 2 days earlier of what we agreed. The problem with this is that they called me 2 hours before of the collection, which means nothing was prepared and packed. I managed and everything was collected.
The delivery was supposed to be 1 week after the collection but they have been postponing the time too many times, which made me a bit anxious and skip work hours for nothing. I have been waiting for them in the morning and after I had to call back to see what was happening and then postpone it again for the afternoon.
I checked the items and they are a bit damaged. Nothing important to me as I, who have worked as carrier in the past, can understand that this could happen with such a long trips.
The overall experience has been good and I would recommend this service provider, but I would suggest them to improve in communication when it comes to delays, use the proper fleet depending of what they are transporting
