Just had to move a simple Futon out of a condo I rent out in Austin, TX. I live in San Diego. Tenants gave me short notice that they bought a new sofa and needed to remove futon. I had just purchased futon a year and a half before for $600 so I didn't want to throw it out. Found USHIP and got a fair price to add this one item to a shipment already headed to CA. I wish I would have know about this before. I got rid of a $400 desk and $200 chair because it wasn't practical to pay shipping to CA. I'm now a big fan and will tell anyone looking for this type of service about USHIP!
