Allen not only shipped with cooperation, service and efficiency, but he went beyond. The item had a broken piece that I know absolutely was done by seller, NOT shipper. Yet this shipper still offered to pay the cost of repair which I refused because I know seller was at fault. I got paypal involved to force seller to pay for damage since he refused at first. But I will not forget that Allen our shipper was willing to pay just to help me out with a difficult seller. Best service you'll ever receive!!! Thanks for your offer and overall service Al.
