Since booking date, I received an email thanking for accepting the bid and providing a date for shipment pick-up and tentative arrival date at final destination. Everything worked as indicated and communication was also very fluent and helpful.
This type of service is what makes the difference when making a decision in future transactions, and I will definitely consider this as my first option in the future.
