U ship is a great service. I shipped an old table and it arrived within a few days. I really like using your site/service. The only thing that I would love for you to change /add is the ability to communicate with the service provider a little more. Maybe add a chat box because there were a few times that I needed to add additional information and was unable to do it because I had already submitted the answer back.
