The process was very simple to use. It worked very well for my needs. We purchased a go kart which was approximately 400 miles from our home. I did not want to travel that far to pick it up, plus my truck is in the shop. One of the nicest items I liked about using uShip is the fact there are people out there wanting to make money as an individual. Most of them I spoke with were very pleasant either by "ask a question" or by phone. Due to the storm out east one shipper had to back out of the original bid so I had to put it back out for bid. The second time I sent requests instead of waiting for them to find my service needed. This seemed to work a little better. I was able to identify people I wanted to use by their feedback and was simple to use and understand. We saved approximately $100 using uShip.
