"The UShip part of this move was horrible"

I booked a total of three carriers on this move and two fell off the face of the earth. One of the carriers completely disappeared and the other actually argued with me-idiots. The third carrier was fantastic. I also feel UShip middleman fees are excessive. At the end of the day the carrier receives $532.14 of a $600.00 move. 12% profit off the back of the carriers seems high. Wish my company made 12% for everything we did! I wouldn't be moving golf carts through UShip, I'd be on a beach sunning my buns.
UShip needs to screen carriers better and reduce fees.
