This was our first time using uShip. We shipped a full length vehicle luggage rack, approximately 8 feet long secured to a pallet that had to go from east coast to NV. ShipAG gave us several bids and asked many questions to give us an accurate bid since this was our first time using uShip. They were extremely helpful, very prompt in replying to emails, very clear in their instructions, and made things very easy for us. We will definitely use ShipAG and uShip again!
