I bought a one-piece composite plastic tonneau cover for my pickup truck off the Internet for a really great price; but there was only one drawback. The cover was in North Carolina and I was in South Georgia. Normally I would have looked for UPS to ship an out-of-state purchase; but this package was TOO BIG for UPS at 5' x 6' x 6". FexEx Frieght wanted $250 to ship it (which was more than I paid for the cover) so I decided to see how uShip worked. I listed my shipment needs on Thursday with a max I was willing to pay. I had two bids before midnight and booked the shipment on Friday for shipping the following week. The Service Provider was fantastic. He sent me an email thanking me for my booking and asking for pickup and delivery contacts. And on pickup morning, he sent me another email with pictures of my box being loaded. Even FedEx doesn't email me pictures of my shipment being loaded!! Incredible service. He gave me a delivery ETA and called me 30 minutes before and asked if could deliver 15 minutes early as he had made better time than he expected. I had my tonneau unpacked an on my truck within an hour after he left. My whole experience with uShip was perfection. Thanks for being there. I'll be a return customer!
