I was shipping a fridge out to a family member. Everything went rather smooth.
I think parts of the site are a bit clunky, like getting back and forth from mail, bid details and the shipment. Once I accepted a bid I found it confusing to figure out how to get in touch with the person I agreed to have ship my item. Seems like the site could be streamlined a bit.
Most of the bids were great, except one guy wanted 5 times the price but his loss.
I think Mitch did a great job. Though the person who came up to pick up the fridge didn't bring a dolly so it caused them some extra work getting the fridge up the ramp but they managed.
This is the second time I have used uShip and its been great both times.
