We discovered a precious child's sleigh with wonderful hand painted embellishments on a recent trip. It was a "had to have" item that just happened to be in Kansas City and we live in New Orleans. I immediately thought of U Ship as I had used the service for shipping antiques and had been most pleased. Within 2 hours of listing my item, I had a carrier and a plan.
The sleigh arrived in perfect condition but then I expected that. The extra service came in the great communication with the carrier. I knew when the item was picked up and then advised to the time of delivery. There was a slight delay but I was called in advance with new delivery time and the item was delivered perfectly.
The entire transaction could not have been easier or more efficient. Five stars for sure !!
