I purchased a lot of appliances in the state of WA, on ebay. Tom agreed to do my pick up and deliver to IL. He arrived on time and the persons letting him in the house would not meet him for another 8n hrs. When they finally arrived they open the door and left Tom there. The house was a reck, nothing was done as described. Tom had to Unhook, remove, and wrap all my stuff. 3 hrs. into the job the nieghbors called the police on Tom and called me at 1:00 a.m. to prove purchase. No report was filed . Not Satisfied they called the State Police and they detained Tom for 7 hrs. No charges file'd they released him and he finished the job on time. A++++ for Tom Brown.
