After several disasters with other shipping companies, I was forntunate to
finally find this incredlible company. I
had purchased a large fragile item on EBay
on the other side of the country and had no
sure means of shipping it. When I contacted
Ponceco Shipping , they contacted the seller , made arrangements to pickup the item.They crated, padded, and secured it in a package that would probably exceed most building codes. I received constant updates via their website as to the progress of the shipment.I also received a phone call from the carrier, R&L Shipping,
to schedule the actual delivery. The item
arrived exactly as scheduled and in perfect condition.It is very re-assuring to
deal with a very professional company and I
