I was really excited to find UShip when trying to find a place to ship my mom's RV from Montana to Nevada. Great to have bids come in emails and phone calls.
I found that the providers who are used to using UShip often were a bit impatient with me as I had never used it. The messages were confusing though. I would receive a message and not clear how to respond depending on the screen I was in. I couldn't track back and forth messages very clearly between providers to figure out if I had already responded or not.
All in all though, I would definitely use UShip again and contract with my provider, John Plato, again.
