He was incredibly professional, always punctual, very communicative, and unflappable in the face of more than a few "curve balls" we threw his way. Our shipment ended up being larger than initially described? No problem. Can you help us move some furniture out of our apartment to make room for what you're bringing in? Done. Oh, and do you think you could dispatch with that poisonous snake our front steps while you're here? Sure thing.
