I originally had a very hard time navigating this site and found it not very user friendly. So I started to give up on it. Until, I had one shipping company contact me that said they could haul my Bambi trailer from AZ to Minnesota through e mail, I sat everything up- called them the day before pick up to confirm everything and they said- "Oh sorry we booked something else and won't be doing yours." I stayed with the uShip site and got a bid from Michael (rippin1)that was close to what I had to spend and then was extremely impressed by his service level and decided even though he needed a week until he could do my shipment it was worth the wait. I am so happy that he never let me down and using the site was very helpful in placing me with a great hauler once I figured out how to use it.
