I had an oversized antique rocking chair that was impossible to find a container for and very few wanted to ship at a price I could afford. If they shipped it they wanted me to deliver it packaged. Michael not only shipped it, he picked it up from my home, boxed it and shipped it within a couple days from California to Michigan. He was also the lowest bidder on the transaction, yet his service was impeccable. Every time I called him with a question or just plain reassurance about the delivery of my chair, he either responded with friendly comments or returned my call within a couple hours if he was unavailable. All in all the experience was more than I had hoped for as I had been looking for a way to ship this chair since Christmas. Thank you Michael for everything!!!
