My product was a kitchen being uninstalled and loaded for delivery to my home nearly 1,000 miles away. Important to have someone knowledgeable about how we should stage the uninstall--expert provider suggested truck be available for packing as the items "came off the wall." This minimized unnecessary wear and tear on used cabinets and appliances.
Presence of non-English speaking contractors did not dissuade Provider from doing his job, even if it meant making others step up to their responsibilities. Provider was loyal to my interests from the start, to the point where I believe I could have stayed home and relied on him to ensure I was getting goods in condition expected.
