My son's service dog needed further training and we were not able to personally escort our (very expensive - like $14,000 worth of expensive)dog back to the training facility. Mark saw our ad and target price. Then he disregarded it and volunteered to escort our dog FREE OF CHARGE. What a thoughtful and benevolent gesture. That's not the end of the story though. Although he was on a tight schedule, he did not complain when a miscommunication happened (that was the training facility's fault) and he had to wait OVER AN HOUR for them to meet him to transfer the dog. He was patient, professional and caring of our special dog for our special child. I certainly hope the deliveries after our dog were understanding!
