My service provider was excellent. He communicated well, arrived ahead of schedule, and was very professional. Overall, I rated my provider 5 stars in every category. Well deserved! Also, the uShip experience saved me a few hundred dollars over traditional freight haulers. My first time using uShip I looked at the estimate on-line without signing up and letting the bidding process work. I took that estimate as "real" and went with my traditional shipper. Mistake. This time I put my actual shipment into the system and let the bidding process work for me. It started very high but ended up well below my max budget. It was a great deal and experience for me.
