I originally accepted a bid from a shipper that was $20 higher, but operated in a town near where the shipment was going. Unfortunately something happened and the shipper had to cancel. I needed to go back to the second place bidder and uShip was very responsive in helping me contact them and get the shipment scheduled and delivered. The whole process went very smoothly, even with the unexpected change of shippers. highly recommend uShip for large eBay orders.
