I had a nice refrigerator which was not in use, and wanted to send it back to Michigan for my daughter. I had no idea how to get it there for a reasonable amount in a timely manner. This site provided what I needed. When an issue arose for the first bidder, and he was unable to do the job, your customer service gave me prompt assistance. The next service provider was excellent in everyway. He got it to it's destination quickly without any dings or scratches as the traditional big moving company had given it earlier on it's way to Virginia. My daughter was pleased.
