I accepted Mike's quote at appx. 9 am, that same day he was able to pick up the bike. Mike called me as soon as he picked up the bike and told me he would meet me the next afternoon.
He did exactly as he said, the sort of guy you would shake hands on a deal on. Personal service and care for the bike was more than expected.
From pick up to delivery I was keep up to speed with how the delivery was going.
