Jim was AWESOME! I had several last min changes & had issues with providing help with loading & unloading. Upon being informed, he never once said no or sounded upset, he handled everything by himself! I felt very comfortable with him & his abilities. In 6 mo intervals nxt yr I'm expecting to relocate 3 households. I will definitely be calling upon his help. I have been blessed in 2 ways 1) Stumbling upon this site & 2)Having him as my shipper.
