Our story started out in Ironwood MI. We purchesed a snowmobile from a powersports store over the internet. If you have ever done it you know that it is the most nerve wracking thing. You have to make sure that all your ducks are in a row. Well to our surprise ours weren't. The place we were buying it from never explained to us that the sled was at a different store an hour and a half away. Now when your transport guy is almost to the store you thought it was at and has already driven through where it really is your right about to meltdown mode. I simply called them up explained the situation and they were happy to go back pick the sled up and continue the journey as scheduled. What it all boils down to is when you are shipping something from another state that you have never seen and you are working with people you have never met it either turns out really bad or it turns out really good, In our case it turned out really really good! It was so nice to sleep at night knowing that our sled wasn't on a chopping block getting its parts sold. It was with our guy who we had contact with the whole time. Thanks again guys!!!!
