Ted was awesome. I needed an antique item picked up from the seller within a certain time frame. Ted happened to be in that area simultaneous with the seller. Timing for pickup could not have been more perfect. The item was a very large, heavy antique dresser to maneuver down 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) on a narrow stairwell (Brownstone in New York) - very precarious situation. Ted and his assistant delivered the item in perfect condition. His office assistant Judy was communicative and took care of all the details. This is a great small company and I will continue to hire them for future deliveries. I already have a second delivery booked. Not only is Ted professional - he is genuinely a nice man - he has integrity and is 100% trustworthy - (one of the most important qualities in a small company)which you don't always find on sites like this.
