As a charity, we do blanket drives all year long. I was running out to time to get a huge load of blankets to our largest sanctuary in AZ. I thought I had one bid all setup but when I went to accept his bid, he had withdrawn it. I was totally pissed off! But then a better offer came along and this lady was so helpful and accomodating, it was almost worth being let down the first time. I will absolutely recommend using UShip again!
