This was our first experience with uship. We needed to move 8 pallets containing 258 boxes of new clothes that weighed over 9000 pounds cross country. Our company is located on the east coast while the goods were in our vendor's warehouse on the west coast. There were some minor communication glitches as it was a tight schedule and Ernest preferred to communicate via email while the owner of our company wanted voice contact, but overall the entire shipping process went smoothly.
