This was my first experience with uShip, and the experience was mixed. I orginally was booked with Move-It International, and it turned out to be a very bad experience. There was a delay on my end in the beginning since it took awhile for the pick up location to have the storage boxes ready for shipment. Instead of canceling the contract Move-It International assured me they would be able to still pick up the boxes with a three day notice. After three weeks of waiting, lack of communication, and broken down trucks, I was forced to cancel the contract with Move-In International! I was able to secure a new contract with S3 Logisitics. They stepped in and with a couple of minor glitches were able to get the boxes moved in a couple of days. Since this is not something I normally do, the overall experience was negative because I didn't understand how the system worked. Obviously, if I have to do this again, I will approach it in a different way.
