When my organ was loaded I contacted the shipper who furnished me with the name and cell phone of the driver whom I contacted and tracked his deliveries as he crossed the country near the end of his journey the drivers were changed and I was given the name and cell phone of the new driver. I knew about when my merchandise would be delivered. I furnished my neighbor and the driver with each others name and cell phone so the transition went very smoothly without any delays.
