You really can tell a lot about a company that is in constant contact with you regarding your shipment. It seems that in this day and age that most companies leave a lot to be desired in the "open communication" department. Not with Northeast Logistical. They were in contact with us during the weekend before pick-up! Who does that anymore? I was very impressed. We do not do a lot of big shipping, but when we do it's a bit scary. It's nice to have someone hold our hand throughout the process. I can not express how much we appreciated the great service we received and the professional manner in which our order was handled. Highly recommended!
