I used email internet to find this company to ship a vintage chaise from Texas to Iowa. I had no idea how this would work. I received several bids--very close in price. I was able to pick timing and the bid that best suited me. Tom was the man! He kept in contact, wrapped my chaise for shipping, and delivered as promised. This was a great experience for me being a first time user. I will definitely recommend this to my friends.
