I needed to ship a large crate across country and was already financially in the hole with the product. This shipper gave me a great price and helped me keep my costs as low as possible. The shipment was picked up as promised and delivered within the window stated.
There was some damage to the outside of the shipment when it arrived, but there was no damage to the contents. I believe that the damage was incidental and should not reflect poorly on the shipper.
