Even though my pickup source, a few thousand miles away from my home was unreliable, my shipper went to the home repeatedly to pick up my item- even driving an extra couple of hundred miles to hand pack and load before his trip out west. He also had the very best rate of anyone online! A $1200- savings on average. My item was pricey and fragile and arrived in perfect condition. He is highly recommended and a great business owner.
