Duane showed excellent communications from the very begining! I ha a motorhome that had been sitting in MS since KATRINA!! I needed to get it bacck to OH, and due to the long sit, it had ad tires, an the battery died, etc....He was verey helpful in resolving any issues, and worked until we had it ready to ship. Got it ack to OHIO no problems, he helped me unload, and had a greatattitude about eveerything. Thank you again Duane, and his litte helper in th office, you all make a great team!~
