I was able to accept or reject a bid and found that the shippers were willing to negotiate. once accepted, the shipper i selected contacted me directly and we discussed timeframes, and other pertinent details. The shipper met and exceeded all of my expectations.. She was frendly, punctual, experienced, and conducted herself in a very professional manner.
