I bought a new Kohler toilet on Ebay and did not notice the seller tagged pick-up only. My mistake.
Never heard of U-ship till I went online to solve my problem. My initial uShip transaction went awry when I had some difficulty with my sellers payment process.
Now I was out of town on business and found out the shipper had an absolute pickup deadline and was not accomadating to my situation.
I relisted on Saturday evening with uShip for a Monday AM pickup deadline and found a great shipper who stepped up and went out of his way to pick the unit up. i now have my bargain basement Kohler Toilet, the wife is happy, and I have found a great service to add to my EBAY experience.
