I couldn't have asked for better.
I had worried about how I was going to get the furniture my recently deceased father had made to my sister in Texas. I found uship in a Google search over the weekend and entered a request. Within 4 hours I had 6 or so quotes and accepted one. A day later I was contacted by the shipper. It happened so fast I wasn't ready to ship, I told him that I would be ready in a couple of weeks. No problem he said... Once I got things setup I sent an email and we scheduled a residential pickup. I needed a truck with a lift because what we were shipping weighted 400 lbs. Again No problem... It was kind of neat seeing a 45 foot tractor trailer coming over our residential street. The driver was very helpful actually helped build the pallet. We put the pallet on a pallet jack got it down the driveway and away it went. The driver gave me a tracking number and I was able to track the package all the way to my sisters house. My sister got everything in perfect shape about one and one half weeks later.
I absolutely couldn't have asked for better.
I can say I have had a harder time getting the oil changed in my car.
