This was the first time we had used uship so that we could avoid driving cross-country with our trailer, and instead just meet it at the delivery point. Our shipper spoke to us on the phone, answered all our questions, and was timely and courteous throughout the process. A couple of hiccups in the 5000 mile round trip were encountered, and handled quickly and professionally, making for an overall great experience. I would caution users to always check out their shipper in advance like we did, then let the system work for you to get a good rate and easy transport of your equipment. We would not hesitate to use our shipper or uship again in the future to coordinate transports like this.
