Chuck was great, they looked after the paperwork, contacted me to make sure all the details were covered and told me to forget about the shipment it would be all looked after They picked up the snowblower and delivered it without incident and contacted me when it arrived. Even though it was an older piece of equipment it was still well looked after while in the shippers care. When a terminal could not be found locally Chuck really stepped up and looked after me to ensure I was not out as a result. That is the kind of service you don't see very often anymore.
