We originally were leary of using an online company we knew nothing about. We had one problem with service provider information not updated on uship that concerned us and being in a weekend there was a delay in communication. But once uship and the service provider did get in touch the following monday the communication and service was excellent. Our equipment was transported on time, excellent condition, and uship people were extremely helpful and professional as was there service provider. We had been trying to transport this equipment for a decent price for over a year until we found the Uship site. Would recommend and use this site again.
