I had a bulky, arcade-like game that needed to be returned to the retailer. Before using uShip, I was going to have to take apart the game in its entirety, buy packaging materials, box it up, and lug it to the local UPS Store. With uShip, I had someone come to my house, pick up the game, and they delivered it the next day in a different state. Overall the cost of using uShip may have been slightly more than if I had taken the package to UPS, but the convenience of the service was well worth it. I was very pleased with the services offered by uShip, and also very pleased with the person with whom I booked the delivery. Overall, a very easy process. I will certainly use uShip again in the future when the need arises.
