Mary was very helpful and made sure my large, rare, antique, doll house arrived safely! She's very friendly and kept me informed of the pick up and delivery times and even called me to give me a progress report. I'll be using them again for my specialty shipping needs. I would recommend her to anybody who's thinking of shipping their animals as I can personally attest to her commitment and love for them.
