I am setting up a pottery studio at my house. I found the exact kiln that I wanted on ebay but had no idea how to retrieve it once I won it. Kilns are heavy , large, but very delicate. They put me at ease about shipping the kiln. They let me know when they would transport it and when it would arrive. They made all the arrangements with the seller and delivered the klin to me with no drama. They were kind and I count myself as richer for having met them.
