This shipment involved the delivery of a 2008 Aprlia SXV 5.5, a somewhat highly sought after supermoto motorcycle. This bike was my first "high-end" purchase and I carefully scrutinzed the feedback of all bidders. Jim's service appealed to me because he had multiple instances of successful deliveries involving motorcycles. He also had high marks for communication and punctuality which further sweetend a bid that was only $25 more than the cheapest competitor. Jim contacted me approximately 30 minutes after I accepted his offer. Unfortunately I was unavailabe at the time but he left a message for me. About 30 minutes after that, the person selling the motorcycle contacted me to let me know that Jim had called him as well. He scheduled a pick up and the deal was done. Unfortunately he didn't get a chance to load as planned and promptly rescheduled with the point of origin. This change of departure did nothing to affect his promised delivery date. As promised, Jim contacted me the morning of the delivery to let me know he was about 5 hours out, he agreed to contact me again when he was about an hour out. During our final conversation, we briefly went over the details of my neighborhood and I assured him that he would have plenty of area to turn his truck around if necessary. Once he arrived, I found my bike safely secured in his trailer just as promised. Jim had taken extra time to strap the bike down properly, even securing the front wheel to the chock (something many don't take the time to do) just to make sure it would have no room to move around. Jim took a few moments to go over the pick up and the bike in general then helped me get the bike into it's new home. After that we said our goodbyes and he set off on his way to make another successful delivery! I encourage you to use his services if at all possible. You will NOT be disappointed! Stefan Still
